Yes. Catch-up bookkeeping is a standard service — we'll quote it separately from your monthly fee as a one-time project, then roll you into ongoing monthly service.

Do I have to buy expensive software?+

Only if your business actually needs it. We work in QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, and Zoho Books — we'll help you choose between free and paid platforms based on your transaction volume and reporting needs. Software cost is part of what we discuss on the discovery call so the total fits your business.

Is my data safe? You're based overseas.+

Absolutely. Every engagement includes signed confidentiality agreements, encrypted file exchange, MFA-protected software access, and strict staff-level access controls. We handle books for CPAs, real estate firms, and media businesses that trust us with highly sensitive financial data.

Will I actually talk to a real person?+

Yes — one dedicated bookkeeper, not a rotating pool. You'll have their direct contact.

What if my business is seasonal?+

Can my CPA work with you?+

What happens if I don't like the service?+

Monthly engagements are exactly that — monthly. No long-term contracts. If we're not a fit, you can end the engagement at any billing cycle.
